Following  great concept and design of the control system is the need to thoroughly test for proof of all functionality. CLX Engineering’s Integration Engineers and Electrical Specialists perform rigorous factory acceptance testing and site acceptance testing.  We test to fail, to ensure that when the system is fully commissioned, it will perform at or above all customer requirements and expectations.

By the time we begin start-up, we’ve already made sure that the system has been wired up correctly and that the software works under real-world conditions. Every point in the system is checked and documented to ensure complete functionality. Electrical schematics are documented to verify that each circuit is terminated. After the completion of wire terminations, start-up technicians begin start-up tests. This takes them through preliminary checks and power up of the complete system. When all circuits test satisfactorily, the system is released to engineering. CLX Engineering performs complete system testing with hardware and software with all results documented.
